AI Use and Liability Disclaimer

By using AI-powered image generation, image transformation, or drawing assistance features in PixiDraw, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all prompts, images, edits, exports, uploads, and outputs generated through the app.
• You must not use the app to create, upload, edit, request, store, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, abusive, deceptive, invasive of privacy, sexually exploitative, violent, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful.
• You are solely responsible for verifying that your use of any input or output does not violate copyright, trademark, publicity rights, privacy rights, platform rules, consumer laws, export controls, child safety rules, or any other legal obligation.
• AI outputs may be inaccurate, biased, incomplete, unexpected, or legally sensitive. You must independently review and evaluate all outputs before using, sharing, publishing, or commercializing them.
• PixiDraw, its developers, operators, licensors, contractors, and service providers do not guarantee legality, accuracy, originality, fitness, or non-infringement of AI-generated or AI-modified content.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you assume all risk arising from your use of AI features and agree that any claim, loss, damage, penalty, dispute, regulatory inquiry, takedown request, or third-party allegation arising from your content or use is your responsibility.
