By creating an account or using PixiDraw, you agree that:

• You are responsible for your account, device activity, credentials, and all usage conducted through your account.
• You will not use the service for unlawful conduct, infringement, fraud, harassment, abuse, reverse engineering of restricted systems, scraping beyond permitted limits, or any attempt to bypass payment, safety, or access controls.
• Credits, subscriptions, AI limits, features, pricing, availability, and supported providers may change at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access where required for legal compliance, platform obligations, abuse prevention, safety enforcement, non-payment, or policy violations.
• The service is provided on an as-available and as-is basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability is limited and excluded for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or business-related damages.
